Unless we see some drastic changes in the Florida legislature, we will see no chance of a moratorium on charter expansion. They are lining their pockets at the public trough and vote on legislation that enriches themselves and family members and no one cares! Florida is the state that welcomes conflict of interest.
It is about time to control or better yet eliminate charter schools. That money should go to public schools to made them better!
